Our History
A space for creative-minded people to build together.
Marked Minds LLC was founded in 2017 as a space for creative-minded people to connect, collaborate, promote one another, educate one another, and build meaningful work together. That vision grew into storytelling and community media, then educator workshops and youth media, then creative production — photography, video, editing, graphics, and brand storytelling. Along the way, it grew into practical uses of AI for creativity, planning, and teaching, and into Focus + FLEX Academy, one direct expression of that founding mission.

Marked Minds Founded
Marked Minds LLC was created as a space for creative-minded people to connect, collaborate, promote one another, educate one another, and build meaningful work together.
2018–2019
Storytelling + Community Media
The vision expanded through podcasting, community conversations, creative projects, and early media production.
2019
Workshops + Youth Media
Marked Minds began supporting educational workshops, teacher-facing learning, youth film, digital media, and creative skill-building experiences.
2020–2022
Creative Production Growth
The work expanded through photography, video, editing, graphics, shirts, digital content, and community-centered creative production.
2023
AI + Creative Education Exploration
Marked Minds began exploring practical uses of AI for creativity, planning, teaching, production, and learning support.
2024
AI-Supported Program + Lesson Design
The work evolved into AI-supported lesson planning, program design, creative workflow development, and education strategy.
2025–2026
Focus + FLEX Academy
Marked Minds launched Focus + FLEX Academy as a direct expression of its education, creativity, community, and youth development mission.
